Platter

first of many catchup posts...

I've been struggling a bit with the prompts lately. And since my photographic skills have seemingly been on their holidays... I've been venturing into the hard drive for pics.

This one is a picture of a platter containing the remains of a very fine spanish omelette. It was very nice!

Beginning

As a crafter, I can work in many ways. Sometimes I start with a blank card and rummage around my stash to find things as I go, and sometimes (usually for a challenge) I get all the elements together first.

So here is the beginning of a card...

Booth

A couple of years ago, hobbitmum and I went to Prague for the Christmas market. They set up lots and lots of little booths selling gifts and food items. It was very bright and cheerful - I would have liked a smattering of snow to make it more Christmassy, but you can't have everything...

Crafts

I was going to put in a picture of cards (as that is what I mostly do now) but then thought of this - hobbitnephew 2 needed to make a figure from a wooden spoon for school. He naturally came round to auntie's for supplies (as I have almost as much stash as a small store) and we made this.

It didn't win the prize. I think they guessed I'd helped...!

Spooky

And finally for now (woo hoo, I'm almost caught up!) we have another pic from my trip to Prague. I came across this weirdness in a courtyard of some building we were visiting. I have absolutely no idea what it was, or why it was there, but it was strangely compelling.
