I've been very absent lately, but I do have things for both of these!
This is the rather wonderful Musee Jacqumart-Andre in Paris, which downstairs is a rather nice Victorian townhouse and upstairs is a treasure trove transplanted from the Italian Renaissance. Like this fresco, which is company for anyone on the stairs and upper hallway. They are very alive-looking
Under the cut, one of many, many photos I have taken in my life looking upwards at the leafy spread of a tree. I'm sure I've posted others before, because it's a shot I return to frequently.
