Nothing with felines this time from me, which might be surprising.... *ggg*
We just visited a stilt house museum wit reconstructed stone and bronze age houses. One of the most important pets they had there during the stone ages were ducks, the guide told us, for their eggs, meat, and feathers. One of the houses has been given a pair of ducks to decorate the gable, visited here by a little feathery friend.
(Forgive me, please, I have no idea how these are called in English; it's these crossed wooden planks you often see at (reconstructed)  Germanic dwellings, mostly in the shape of horse heads, or graphic ornaments.)
