Sorry for the long silence - with the epidemic I really haven't had much opportunity to find new photographic subjects, and I decided to stay out until I had something new to say. But a couple of weeks ago I picked up an FLIR One thermal imaging camera for my iPhone, so here's some heat images of a horse sculpture in Kensington Gardens, London. White or yellow is hot, red is cooler, blue is cold. The thermal image is superimposed onto a visible light image at higher resolution, which makes the underlying shape clearer. Unfortunately these are as big as the images get, really high definition needs a camera that costs several grand and weight several kilos, and I haven't yet figured out how to remove the watermark.
