Green!

Wow, had these green photos sitting on the desk top all week and forgot all about uploading them to PB and posting. Here are my three contributions to "green". Considering what these same area look like now (end of January), it's hard to believe they look like this in early summer. :) I made them a little smaller so I could upload them more easily; I hope that didn't make them too small or fuzzy

Very pretty.

I love your lilies... we HAD lilies, until the horses found them. *sigh*
LOL Like I said, considering what those places look like just now.... Who knows what the deer have eaten during the winter *sigh*
LOL You'll find out when the snow melts.

When we moved in we had...well, not giant, but big lily pads... about the size of a dinner plate, with lovely flowers growing on our dam... they must have been very tasty, because the horses would actually swim to get to them!
You have the prettiest backyard!
Thank you Parts of it are, parts of it aren't. LOL The bottom two pics are actually of the front yard, just outside the front door. It's much smaller and easier to keep pretty than the backyard where the dogs run around.
Nice yard - is that a swing in the background of the top shot?
Yes, or, as it's know here, "Swing" (has a name). It's awesomely comfortable and a lovely place to sit or snooze on a nice day. Got it part way through last summer and love it a lot.
Those are gloriously lush. A real reminder of summer.
Everything is shades of gray and brown here. I'm looking forward to the greens of spring!
