Touch

I'm on a late shift today, so am getting slowly organised ... and have clipped my name badge and my anti-"bug" hang jel on my uniform pocket, as normal.

Yes, as an Auxilliary Nurse, before and after we "touch" patients we have to make sure our hands are clean.

Ah - I recognise that so well!
LOL - I thought you might!

I do wonder what Florence Nightingale would think of our outfits and accessories if she were to come back.
I feel so sorry for your hands--that stuff dries my skin out terribly.
Last year most wards had hand cream also available ... but with cut-backs ...!!!

True, though, even when I worked at a stables in all weathers my hands didn't get as dry as they do now.
Look! A hand icon! I'm always losing my little bottles of that stuff, so that's actually an excellent idea.
*g* - it's true that the elasticated clip mean that it is always there, and practcal to use.

No real hand icon, though!
