Stone

This gigantic pile of stone is the Poulawack Cairn in the Burren (Co. Clare, Ireland). It's one of my favourite places in the world! It dates back to around c.3000 BC to c.1900 BC. 16 people were buried there over many years, which points to its being a place where people of great importance were buried.

That's a really neat picture - of a fascinating place.
I would love to visit there. My inner archaeologist is drooling.
There's always something somber and timeless about those kinds of places. I can almost hear the wind blowing in this.
Ooh, very nice.
Fascinating.
