To all of your relief, I'm sure, I didn't have to take a photo of my floor tile after all:

A trio of photo-canvas prints on my wall. (I didn't take them but found them in a catalog and fell in love).

oh, those are very pretty!
They make me want to go where those paths lead. :)
Ooooh, I like them too.
The middle one especially is my favorite.
How lovely and evocative. I suspect I'd have to write some fic to fit those scenes :-)

Hmm, now there's a thought!
Those are really lovely.
Very nice prints (is that your reading pile in the foreground?)
Yep, one of many piles around the house. Tolkien (or Tolkien-related) with some of Viggo's photography. The Nature one on the bottom is a book my parents had since I was a kid. I loved looking at the big, glossy photos... and still do!

These are the books I tend to get out and browse through on snowy winter days, when I have a fire going. :)
They are awesome! Also a great still life together with the books and the candle. :o)
This kind of photography appeals very much to me, and I forever hope for some fog to try my hand at it. So far, I wasn't successful, though. *g*
Thank you!

Fog photos are challenging. Timing seems to be everything--and locale. I've taken a few, but with mixed success (meaning, I think I have one good one out of hundreds of attempts). I never seem to be in the right place at the right time with the right weather. :/
Oh yes, very beautiful motieves. Hmm, in one way haunting mood but in another way romantic mists! :D
You really could go either way with the mood in these. :) A romantic tryst on the bridge... interrupted by a ghost flitting by overhead!
