Look Out

Looking out from the kitchen/come sewing room/come reading room.....it has the best light in the house.
This one is looking out from beneath the large shrub at the top of the garden/

What a lovely garden. Love the view, must be a great place to sit in.
It is a lovely garden now, but it has taken 7 1/2 years of hard work to make it that way, Everywhere was overgrown by ivy when we bought this house. The garden is very private. If you were that way inclined you could sunbake out there naked, as it is surrounded by tall trees on every side.
That outlook from the room is beautiful. And all that light the windows bring in! Perfect for sewing.
And I love the green light in the second one.
It is the only place I can sew, but perhaps the little sunroom off the bedroom will be transformed some day. I'm not holding my breath.

I love the green light in the other pic too.
What a nice view, and even more so when everything in front of my windows is just wet, bleak and wind-swept.
That is the difference between spring and autumn. We still get our share of wet, bleak and windswept, even at this stage of the year. Today it is raining, which is good as the grass was cut yesterday, and the rain will help it to green up again.
You're so fortunate to have such lovely views.
Yes, I couldn't bear if I had no garden to look out on.
What a lovely view. I adore it!

So do I.
What a lovely bright room - it must be such a pleasure to sit there and look out.
I prefer it to the view of the front garden, even though that is where most of the roses are. The back is private.
Oh, what a perfectly lit corner... (and lovely garden view)
Indeed it is. The amount of light makes it good for it's purpose of cooking as well.
