Turn

I'm stretching the prompt a bit, but I love to be able to TURN ON my electric fireplace when the air TURNS frosty. (There are little flickery 'flames', and heat that comes out the bottom.)

Do your pets seek out the warm places?

LOL That's a very clever use of the prompt. My dogs leave the room if there's a fire. They would prefer we not have any heat on in the house. (So not happening!)
I have no idea how my pup would respond to a *real* fireplace and logs crackling, but she's a rug-hog when it comes to this awesome heater.
Aw, Pip always knows just where to be comfortable! One of my cats likes to lay on the floor registers... which really isn't very considerate as it means the rest of the room gets very cold! Not that that's any concern of hers, of course, since she is a cat, after all. LOL
Clever kitty!
Comfy dog, smart dog:-)

Currently one cat is buried under a fleece blanket on the bed, and the other is lying on my arm, so I'd say 'yes, they definitely do'
Awwww, snugglekitties!
Our fire has been turned on quite a bit recently!
I'll bet it has! Brrrrr.
A fireplace insert, how clever! These are wonderful inventions.
That looks very cozy! We're having a real fireside (same type, I believe they are called Swedish firesides in English, like yours made from metal with a glass door) and use it partly for heating the house, with the central heating providing just the basic temperature during the winter months. Our cats can get very pushy when they think it's time to start a fire, and the recliner in front of it is firmly in feline paws. On "bad" days, when it is very cold outside, they lie as close to it as physically possible and get so hot that one nearly can't touch their fur. But they love it.

Awwww. I can picture that so clearly.
If love to be able to turn mine off. Lol. Great photo of PipDog and I love your use of the prompt.
Thanks! :)
