Peaceful/Company

I've been very absent lately, but I do have things for both of these!

This is the rather wonderful Musee Jacqumart-Andre in Paris, which downstairs is a rather nice Victorian townhouse and upstairs is a treasure trove transplanted from the Italian Renaissance. Like this fresco, which is company for anyone on the stairs and upper hallway. They are very alive-looking

Under the cut, one of many, many photos I have taken in my life looking upwards at the leafy spread of a tree. I'm sure I've posted others before, because it's a shot I return to frequently. In this case, a plane tree just starting to leaf, from the same trip to Paris (first day there, gardens of the Musee Rodin, glass of wine, relaxing...)

I love your tree photo so much, now I want to go out and look upwards at the leafy spreads.
Once you get into the habit, you'll do it all the time. They change so much during the year, and there's always something to enjoy.
Wonderful responses. I love the sound (and look) of that museum.
It's so awesome - I can't believe it took me so long to visit. I'd heartily recommend it to anyone going to Paris who wants any kind of art or history. The collections are amazing, but not massive and overwhelming, and the townhouse itself is well worth seeing if you're interested in houses and 19th century life.
I really like both of those.
Thanks! Glad to be back posting.
Two great selections for the prompts! I love that tree!
Nice shots both (and taking tree photos like that is a favourite of mine too:-) )
