Words and Numbers

I'm behind again so here are two that I need to post.

I love the look of Welsh words.  This was on a road in a village in Wales.  The one time I was
lucky enough to visit there, I took photos of all the signs I saw.  I could never learn the Welsh
language but I do enjoy seeing it written.

2010 UK trip 154

When I took this photo I had no idea that I would ever find a use for it.  lol
This is the elevator pannel at a hotel in North Myrtle Beach, SC.  Plenty of numbers!

Great pics! I also love the look of words in other languages; for me it's any of the Scandinavian languages and Finnish.
I had such fun trying to pronounce the Welsh words. (Impossible for me.) I love the way their signs are all in English and Welsh.
Those are both great choices!
Thank you!
When my daughter and I were in Wales a few years ago I was happily following the lane signs for our destination - and all of a sudden instead of the word on the road I expected it seemed to be a sign to somewhere that I had never heard of.

'Oh no! Where's that? How am I in a lane going to...'

Yes - you've guessed it - '... a lane going to Araf?'
LOL I was in the company of a person who could read and speak Welsh so that was lucky but if I'd been on my own, I would have thought the same thing, that it was a place name.
Good responses to both prompts.
The first one threw me for a moment, because my brain ignored the first 'A' and I thought "slow for low flying aeroplanes?" *g* (I am going to plead that it's still too early and I'm still too asleep to read properly.)
hehehe, Now that you mention it, I can totally see that. Maybe I need some sleep.
Cool photos:)
