The surviving Georgian part of the city centre is called Grainger Town. This shot is taken early on a June morning, from the top of Grey Street, which leads down towards the river. The portico on the left belongs to The Theatre Royal and the dome is one end of the Central Arcade, which I posted a interior shot of, for the 'music' prompt.
The building in the centre of this shot is the Grainger Market, on Grainger Street
Mostly, inside, it is open fronted stalls - butchers and green grocers, a haberdashers, a watch repairers, fishmongers and a couple of jewellers, but part of it looks like this, (with the Doc Martens shop in the foreground).
