Damn! I was in a huge jam at Park Lane today (for some reason they've closed two of four lanes) and didn't think of this.

I was really disappointed not to find a proper traffic jam, but then realised that failure to do so also answered the prompt. I was just glad to get a chance to post the idea before anyone else did *g*

They never come up when one "needs" them, don't they? *g* Good choice! I had hoped to snatch a pic of any of our horribly clogged streets, as we're currently usually having a jam a day or more due to road constructions in various places. But of course, since then, every time I could actually stop and take a pic, no jam in sight.

*laughs* Love the idea of needing a traffic jam. But you are right.
